Robert Garson has been regularly instructed on high value frauds, large-scale drug importations and murder. His practice also covers asset forfeiture, multi-jurisdiction breaches of fiduciary duty and product liability.
Robert provides advice on international freight regulations and co-ordinates internal investigations for Hedge Funds.
Last year Robert relocated to New York in order to take an LLM at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law concentrating on White Collar Crime, RICO predicate offences and International Commercial Arbitration. Having been given the Distinguished Performance Award and speaking at the Commencement ceremony, Robert Has recently passed the New York Bar and is awaiting admittance.
Robert will continue to work in both jurisdictions and is well positioned to provide advice on the differing legal standards that exist between the US and UK.
Recently, Robert completed his training as a mediator.
