Caroline Carberry has considerable experience in conducting the most serious and complex cases. She acts as both leading and junior counsel. She has a strong track record in cases of murder, manslaughter, serious sexual offences, large scale drug crime and complex financial crime. Cases involving young children and other vulnerable witnesses are a particular speciality.
Caroline is also experienced at representing interested parties at inquests in the Coroner's Court including families, members of the medical profession, insurers and public authorities.
Caroline is a Gray's Inn advocacy trainer and a pupil supervisor.
She has lectured on many aspects of criminal law
