An experienced junior counsel with a strong track record in murder, manslaughter, large-scale drug crime, sexual offences and financial crime, Caroline Carberry has represented the prosecution and defence in trials before a variety of courts. Cases involving children and other vulnerable witnesses are a particular speciality.
Recent highlights have included handling allegations of child sex abuse by a London Borough Mayor and a large-scale credit card skimming fraud. International work has included a hearing in Cyprus concerning a significant car ringing fraud. Caroline is a member of the South Eastern Circuit and the Criminal Bar Association.
