Police Disciplinary
Chambers has a specialist team that deals with police disciplinary matters throughout the country, acting on behalf of officers charged with misconduct.
We have acted in relation to all types of cases including some arising from Operation Ore, out of the the Climbie Inquiry, from wide scale alleged corruption and serious misconduct in public office. As well as internal disciplinary proceedings we also act on behalf of officers charged in the criminal courts with both minor and serious offences and understand the inter-relationship between criminal and disciplinary proceedings.
