We regularly appear in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT) throughout England and Wales, acting for both publicly funded and private clients.
Members have conducted appeals against asylum refusal, immigration decisions and regularly appear on behalf detainees in immigration bail applications. Chambers has also represented the Secretary of State, defending Judicial Review proceedings arising from immigration matters, including unlawful detention and human rights claims.
